PHI（保護対象保健情報）は処理パイプライン入力時点で自動非識別化。AES-256暗号化、最小権限原則、完全な監査ログ。外部学習なし。
PHI (protected health information) is automatically de-identified at the entry point of the pipeline. AES-256 encryption, least-privilege access, complete audit logs, and no external training on this data.
