Medical Advertising Guidelines compliance statement

NAIDI株式会社は、医薬品医療機器等法および「医業若しくは歯科医業又は病院若しくは診療所に関する広告等に関する指針」（医療広告ガイドライン）を遵守して情報発信を行います。

NAIDI Inc. publishes information in compliance with Japan's Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act and the Medical Advertising Guidelines (the "Guidelines for advertising of medical or dental practice and hospitals or clinics").

1. 当社の情報発信方針

当社は医療 AI 製品の研究開発を行う事業者であり、医療法上の医療機関ではありません。本サイトおよび関連媒体での情報発信は、以下の区分に従います。

  • 一般の方向け（公開領域）: 会社情報、採用情報、お知らせ、コンプライアンス、お問い合わせ。承認済医療 AI 製品の概要を含む場合は、医薬品医療機器等法上の表示要件・誇大広告禁止に従った範囲のみ記載します。
  • 医療関係者向け（HCP 限定領域）: 製品の詳細仕様、性能データ、未承認医療機器の研究開発情報、症例・インタビュー、技術ホワイトペーパー。HCP 確認（医療関係者であることの確認）を経て表示されます。

2. 限定解除要件への対応

医療広告ガイドラインで定められる「限定解除要件」を満たした情報提供を行うため、医療関係者向け情報については以下の措置を講じています。

  1. 対象限定の明示: 各 HCP 限定領域の冒頭に「医療関係者向け情報」「一般の方への広告ではありません」を明示。
  2. HCP 確認: 医療関係者であることのご確認（YES/NO）を経て、医療関係者向け領域へのアクセスを提供。
  3. 事実確認: 性能データ、症例、インタビュー記事は事実確認のうえ、出典・根拠を社内記録します。お問い合わせに応じて医療機関のお客様に個別資料として提供します。
  4. 誇大広告の禁止: 効能効果を保証する表現、他製品との優越的比較、最大級表現は使用しません。

3. 未承認医療機器の表示

医薬品医療機器等法上の承認を受けていない未承認医療機器に関する情報は、原則として広告に該当する形では掲載しません。研究開発状況の医療関係者への情報提供を目的とする場合は、以下の表示を併記します。

  • 本情報は研究開発中の未承認医療機器に関するものである旨
  • 日本国内における承認・認証を受けていない旨
  • 国内における販売・授与・流通を意味しない旨
  • 医療関係者を対象とした情報提供であり、一般の方への広告ではない旨

4. 体験談・インタビュー記事

医師・患者の体験談、インタビュー、症例記事については、医療広告ガイドラインに基づき以下の運用とします。

  • 掲載は本人の同意を取得したうえで行います。
  • 医師の場合: 本人の同意の下、所属・専門領域を正確に記載します。
  • 患者の場合: 同意取得を前提とし、原則として仮名で掲載します。
  • 個別の症例における経験であり、治療効果・診断結果を保証するものではない旨を明示します。
  • 同様の効果が他の患者で得られることを示すものではない旨を明示します。

5. ビフォーアフター画像・治療効果を示す画像

本サイトでは、治療効果を示すビフォーアフター画像、特定の症例による効果を示す画像は原則として掲載しません。学術的・教育的目的で症例画像を掲載する場合は、十分な詳細説明（撮像条件、症例背景、限界、リスク）を併記します。

6. 性能データ・有効性に関する記述

本サイトに記載される性能数値（一致率、感度、特異度等）は、社内検証または公開された臨床知見に基づくものであり、出典・検証手順は社内で記録しています。医療機関のお客様には個別資料として提供します。性能データは特定の臨床条件下での結果であり、すべての症例に同様の結果を保証するものではありません。

7. 違反防止と継続的レビュー

当社は、本サイトの掲載内容について、定期的に法務担当・コンプライアンス担当による内部レビューを実施し、医療広告ガイドラインに反する記述がないか確認しています。指摘事項は速やかに是正します。

1. Our information-publication policy

NAIDI is a company developing medical AI products, not a medical institution under the Medical Care Act. Information published on the Site and related media follows this separation:

  • For the general public (open area): company info, careers, news, compliance, and contact. Where summaries of approved medical AI products are included, only the scope permitted under the labelling and exaggerated-advertising rules of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act is shown.
  • For healthcare professionals (HCP-only area): detailed product specifications, performance data, R&D information on unapproved medical devices, cases and interviews, and technical whitepapers. Shown after HCP confirmation.

2. Limited-disclosure compliance

To meet the "limited-disclosure" requirements of the Medical Advertising Guidelines, the following measures are applied for information aimed at healthcare professionals:

  1. Explicit audience statement: each HCP-only area opens with "Information for healthcare professionals" and "Not advertising to the general public".
  2. HCP confirmation: access to the HCP area is granted only after a YES/NO confirmation that the visitor is a healthcare professional.
  3. Fact-checking: performance data, cases, and interviews are fact-checked, with sources and bases recorded internally and provided individually to hospital customers on request.
  4. No exaggeration: we do not use expressions guaranteeing efficacy, comparative-superiority claims, or superlative wording.

3. Display of unapproved medical devices

Information on unapproved medical devices is, as a rule, not published in any form that constitutes advertising. Where it is provided to inform healthcare professionals about the state of R&D, the following statements accompany it:

  • That the information concerns an unapproved medical device in research and development.
  • That it has not received approval or certification in Japan.
  • That it does not signify any sale, provision, or distribution within Japan.
  • That it is information for healthcare professionals and not advertising to the general public.

4. Testimonials and interviews

Testimonials, interviews, and case articles from physicians or patients are operated as follows under the Guidelines:

  • Published only with consent.
  • For physicians: with consent, affiliation and specialty are stated accurately.
  • For patients: only with consent and as a rule pseudonymized.
  • Stated explicitly as the experience of an individual case, not a guarantee of therapeutic effect or diagnostic outcome.
  • Stated explicitly that the same effect is not guaranteed for other patients.

5. Before/after and treatment-outcome images

As a rule, the Site does not show before/after or specific-case treatment-outcome images. When case images are used for academic or educational purposes, sufficient detail (acquisition conditions, case background, limitations, risks) is provided alongside.

6. Performance data and efficacy statements

Performance numbers (agreement rates, sensitivity, specificity, etc.) on the Site are based on internal validation or published clinical knowledge, with sources and validation procedures recorded internally and provided to hospital customers individually. Performance data reflect specific clinical conditions and do not guarantee the same result in every case.

7. Prevention and ongoing review

Site content is reviewed regularly by our legal and compliance teams to ensure no statements violate the Medical Advertising Guidelines. Any issues are corrected promptly.
